It all boils down to your budget and how the rest of the room is equipped. If you have a budget planned then you will quickly see which manufacturers you want to get around.

One thing that you would like to check out when having a double towel rail system is that you put in the right bath sheets. Since it is put up for two items to be hung you need to be sure to use towels that are not extremely thick and lush. If not, they won't have sufficient time to dry properly particularly if you live in a humid part of the world. This will not only lead to wet towels when you are ready to shower again but it could lead to mildew and a bad scent.
