When new Distributors first join us, they usually have no concept of how our business performs. Our business is much like a health club.

In January of every year individuals say to themselves, "I'm tired of being sick and tired. I'm going to be a new me." For a month and a half, you can't find a machine without anyone on it at the health club. However by March you could capture a cannon ball through the health club and not hit anyone. Why? Because it's voluntary.

If ever their boss pushed them to be fit as a condition of employment, their health club involvement would probably last longer, but at XYNGULAR we can't do that. It's voluntary. We're in the volunteer business.

Can you resurrect the dead?

There are several things you can change, and some items you can't. If I want to grow, we've got to get out, recruit, and then grow. Recruiting isn't optional, just like talking to people isn't optional. In each one of your businesses there are numbers you can't modify. People are going to do what they're heading to do. You can't just fly into a wall harder and then expect to succeed. Throwing alarm clocks into the cemetery won't raise the dead.

Leaders inquire us all the time, "Can we send them a letter and get them to make a move?" The answer is usually no. When they are done, they're done. You've got to concentrate on things you can control. You have to step back and understand your numbers. You concentrate your time, money, and everything on those things that will shift your business forward.

Many people don't do that. They spend all their time wishing to change things they can't change.

In our business it's all about how you take care of people and make them feel. It's about creating a location of success where new Distributors could trust and believe in Xyngular.

Let them know the truth about their potential

You can't afford to tell someone, "it's easy." It's difficult to make a million a year in this or any business. We make it more convenient here because we're a team. However never get up and then say it's simple. It's hard. If it's easy, it's sleazy. When it sounds too good to be true, it is. It's not able to happen for anybody if they think it's going to be easy. It's hard to win big.

Lots of people won't adjust their lifestyle enough to establish the day to day habits and disciplines that can make it happen. But the right people will win. We appeal to a bunch of joiners in order to identify leaders. We attract joiners, yet we build winners. Winners want to know it's difficult. They don't want to be conned or even hyped.

They must understand one thing...recruiting is not an option. Talking about the business and the products is not an option. It's fundamental. As it needs to be exciting. It has to be a team sport.
