I understand that lots of platform bed with storage designs have drawers underneath, and I am sure that these work for few people, but I tend to forget what I have put there in a rush and then I get hassled about not being able to find things and really aggravated if the children go out of clothes before they got to wear them because I misplaced them in one of the drawers which everyone forgot about.

By having the same system for the whole family it means that we normally know where everything is for each other which means that the kids can help one another tidy up and I don't have trouble finding what goes where in their rooms.

I even want my rooms and the kids rooms to appear contemporary and modern. I do not intent to update their rooms at every whim and tend they discover, so by selecting the simple lines and styles of a platform bed it means that they can change the look of their space along with bedding, throws and cushions and the design of the furniture does not impinge on their style ideas.

All in I could not more strongly recommend the platform bed with storage for each and every home - I can't imagine how I would live without them now.
