This is achieved by many coin specific standards and some more broad certifiable methods such as mint-state. The mint-state of a coin refers to a coin that was not used in circulation and thus can be described “as new.” In modern-day US numismatics, mint state coins are given a number form 60 to 70, with 70 being the most sought after “perfect” coin condition. Many factors play a role in the production process of these coins. Although they were never out in the pockets of Americans or worn by consumers they may still suffer from weak striking, bag marks, and other defects that make them less attractive to the collector. Many early coins appear to be worn yet are in mint-state due to striking problems.

Overall the collection, admiration, and search for the perfect coins continue today as strong as ever. People just simply love coins and precious metals crafted into wondrous works of art to pass down through the generations or to hold onto for that big payday down the road. Why Numis Network? Other than who doesn’t want to be paid to collect silver and gold assets? There are so many sound and exciting reasons serious entrepreneurs and business minded professionals should take a detailed look at Numis that it would honestly be easier to explain why not Numis Networks. Instead of frantically searching for people to sing up each month just to keep up with the number of people who are dropping out in order to actually build an income. No more being in a company where you absolutely love the product but you know deep down the only people who purchase the product over some cheap commercial knock off are people who are signing up to be distributors.

Here is the bottom line, the higher the retention rate the better because you will earn more money from the same amount of people you sponsor into yoru business Let’s say you sponsor 200 people into one of the “Me Too” vitamin or juice companies out there in one month. That very month I sponsor 75 people into Numis Network. If your company has the average retention rate of 15% compared to that of Numis Network that has a retention rate of about 90%, for all your hard work you would have 30 new people remaining in yoru company where I would retain a whopping 67 new distributors in mine. Numis Network Review – Is It The

There’s a fairly new home based business that launched back on August 15th, 2009, called Numis Network. If you’re reading this article, chances are you’ve heard of it and are wondering if this will be another network marketing or MLM scam or is it a legitimate business where you can make good money and is worth a serious look. Before I spend any time joining or marketing a new home based business, I like to look at what I call the three P’s. The People, The Product and The Pay Plan.

Now, what I thought when I first saw in Numis Network is here it is, it’s a refreshing product. It’s not a me too product. You’ll never see this on the shelf at Costco for $8.99 and you don’t have to see if people’s digestions agree with it, or if it’s something that they are already doing or not because Numis network really has no competition. And so I saw something that had a refreshing product. They have no competition. They are at the very top. There are 5,500 people in the entire company and also let’s face it, there’s a worldwide interest in gold and silver right now. But, let me cover this. They are a brand new company. They actually launched August 15th, of 2009, and your most important thing when it comes to network marketing is the management, is the people.

Who are the people behind the product? The three founders of this company are Ian Cordell, Chris Kent and Jake Kevorkian. Now, they have over 60 years of experience in network marketing. Jake was actually the number one earner in network marketing company called Vaxa. He ended up buying that company, sold off his rights back in 2007. Ian and Chris actually launched Optimal Telecom back in the 90s, built that up to 350,000 customers with 100,000 reps and then sold back in the 90s. So they’ve actually been reps. They’ve been in your shoes; they’ve been in my shoes. They’ve also been owners of companies. Now, probably the most profound thing, the profound experience about these guys is they own a company named IDSTC.

IDSTC stands for International Direct Selling Technology Corporation. For the last 10 years, they’ve been helping almost 400 other network marketing companies create their compensation plans, create their back offices, and run their software for them. And so for the past 10 years, they have seen basically every possible combination of compensation plan — and they just chose the best of the best when they launched Numis Network. Sometimes people here the word numismatic and they think collectibles, like a state quarter or a Lincoln penny, that’s not what they do. They deal with government issued graded gold and silver coins, such as the Proof coin, Silver Eagle, the Australian Kookaburra, the Canadian Maple Leaf, the Australian Koala, the Chinese Panda and a lot of other government issued graded gold and silver coins. Now here’s what they are not, they are not a precious medal investment program. They don’t deal in bullion. Now what else are they? They are not a consumable, a fruit juice, a protein powder, a gas additive or a website. They are revolutionizing and pioneering this category of numismatics which is $100B industry, which has never been done before in home based business.

Let me share with you the pay plan. The pay plan is the first network marketing compensation plan in history to combine a coded bonus with a binary compensation plan. Folks that is huge. Let me just tell you the tale of two MLM’s. A good friend of mine joined his first network marketing company a few years back. It was a juice related binary. How many are you going to take then? You’re going to take every single one. You’re going to tear my upholstery, look under the seats, check my pockets, and get your wheelbarrow. The company’s success and longevity will be determined by the reception they get from network marketers, whether they pay commissions on time and treat their affiliates with respect. This package comes with everything that is included in the Basic Kit, plus more. You will receive training videos, Numis BBS (which is an online marketing system), a unique lead capture website, an automated email marketing campaign for each lead you get from your lead capture page, plus you very first Silver Eagle Coin which includes a special coin collector’s box. The best aspect of this Package is the email marketing campaign, as many businesses do not offer these and they can be very helpful. In addition, these emails are customizable and it even lets you create your own. Unfortunately, their marketing system does not offer any customizations so you can’t upload any of your own content.

It’s important to be able to have something you can customize because the only way to really be successful with your own business is by marketing yourself, not the business. Company created websites have been proven to not work. I will bet you that if you ask any network marketing expert how they built their business they will surely not say it was based on a company generated website. Since many people would prefer to know who they are purchasing from to get the personal feeling of trust, a unique and personalized site must be used and generic sites that offer no touches of customization cannot achieve this.
